Political Issues
Your Pastor Can and Should...
"The political campaign activity prohibition is not intended to restrict free expression on
political matters by leaders of churches or religious organizations speaking for themselves,
as individuals. Nor are leaders prohibited from speaking about important issues of public
policy. However, for their organizations to remain tax exempt under IRC section
501(c)(3), religious leaders cannot make partisan comments in official organization
publications or at official church functions. To avoid potential attribution of their
comments outside of church functions and publications, religious leaders who speak or
write in their individual capacity are encouraged to clearly indicate that their comments are
personal and not intended to represent the views of the organization. The following are
examples of situations involving endorsements by religious leaders." Read Complete PDF Article
The Prostitution of the Body of the Christ
"John Kerry and the Democratic Party stand for partial-birth abortion (infanticide), sodomy and coveting
the wealth of their neighbor. Their platform stands against three of Yahweh’s Ten
Commandments. Can the pastors of 501(c)(3) ministries instruct their flock not to vote for John Kerry
and to stand against the Democratic Party? No! The pastors of Yahweh have been silenced because they
have agreed not to "participate in, or intervene in (including the publishing or distributing of statements),
any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for public office." Why do pastors
agree to keep quiet? They get a tax break. If John the Baptist’s ministry was a 501(c)(3), he could not
have spoken against Herod; Elijah could not have spoken against Ahab and Jezebel! The Church should
break the shackles of the 501(c)(3) and make Yahweh their sufficiency. Peter and John were told not to
speak in the name of Yahshua but they stated in Acts 4:19-20, “Whether it be right in the sight of God to
hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen
and heard.” In our Lord’s time, Pharisees and Sadducees probably would have had 501(c)(3) ministries
but Peter and John would not have had a 501(c)(3) ministry. Yahweh spoke through His prophets
regardless of the threats of men. Today, pastors praise the martyrs, who have given their lives for Christ
but if Yahweh told these same pastors to publicly speak against a political figure they would refuse in
order to maintain their tax exemption status. This example might remind us of the rich young ruler who
would not give up his wealth to follow Yahshua. Yahweh is able and willing to be our sufficiency if we
but walk out in the faith of our Father, Abraham." Read Complete PDF Article
Environmentalism...a Threat to Individual Freedom and Liberty
"Václav Klaus, president of the free and democratic Czech Republic spoke the following
words at the CATO Institute, Washington D.C. on March 9, 2007. “Environmentalism
only pretends to deal with environmental protection. Behind their people- and nature friendly
terminology, the adherents to this ideology make ambitious attempts to radically
reorganize and change the world, human society, all of us and our behavior, as well as our
values. There is no doubt that it is our duty to protect rationally the nature for the future
generations. The followers of the environmentalist ideology, however, keep presenting to
us various catastrophic scenarios with the intention to persuade us to implement their ideas
about us and about the whole human society. This is not only unfair but extremely
dangerous. What is, in my view, even more dangerous, is the quasi-scientific form that
their many times refuted forecasts have taken upon themselves.
What belongs to this ideology?" Read Complete PDF Article
The Silence of Pastors on Voting Righteously
(Voting for Lovingkindness, Justice and Righteousness)
Jeremiah 9:24
"The majority of the Shepherds (Pastors) in the USA. are AOL (absent without leave) when
it comes to guiding their flocks on how to vote in state and national elections. Their
silences and lack of leadership, when it concerns the governing of our country is shameful
in the eyes of Yahweh. Would Yahshua vote? Absolutely! What party would he belong to
in 2008? The Republican Party! Any shepherds who gasp at these statements are either
deceived by the Democratic Party or they are “…false apostles, deceitful workers,
transfiguring themselves into apostles of Christ. And no marvel! for, Satan himself, doth
transfigure himself into a messenger of light! No great thing, therefore, if, his ministers
also, are transfiguring themselves as ministers of righteousness!––whose end, shall be
according to their works” (2 Co. 11:13-15). If the shepherds are not going to feed their
flocks in these areas then they need to step down for the people’s and Yahweh’s sake. The
phrase, “Evil abounds when good men [pastors] do nothing,” applies to a vast majority of
American pastors because they have kept silent or they are ignorant are these issues." Read Complete PDF Article
