Internet Explorer Solution:
- Click the double arrows at the top right area of your browser
- On the drop down menu, click the first option on the list that says “Tools”
- On next drop down menu, click the last option on the list that says “Internet Options”
- In the new window, click the tab at the top that says “Security”
- Go down and click the button that says “Custom Level…”
- In the new window, scroll about half way down the list until you get to “Downloads” and right below that it says “Automatic prompting for file downloads” If the bubble is filled where it says “Disable” then click the bubble next to “Enable”
- Click “Ok” at the bottom of that window
- Click “Yes” for the next window that pops up
- Lastly in the remaining window, click “Apply” then “Ok”
When you click the link to download the file on the home page a box should now appear with options to “Open”, “Save”, and “Cancel”. Just click “Save” and navigate to the location you would like to save it to.
